Aver
Refunds
Last updated 4 September 2026
If Aver does not do what you hoped on your own footage, ask for your money back. No form, no justification.
The policy
Write to hello@aver.video within 30 days of buying and you get a full refund. You do not have to explain why, and you will not be argued with. The licence is then disabled.
The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe takes a few working days to return it, and it can take a further day or two to appear on your statement.
Your statutory right, and its limit
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital products that right ends as soon as the download begins, and you are asked to agree to that at checkout — which is why the 30 days above exist. They are given voluntarily and are longer than the law requires.
Nothing here removes a right you have under the law of your own country.
Before you buy
The best way to avoid needing this page is to check the requirements first. Aver runs on macOS with Apple Silicon inside Adobe Premiere Pro, and nowhere else — not Windows, not Resolve, not Final Cut. A refund for buying the wrong thing is still a refund, but it is a wasted afternoon for both of us.
Chargebacks
Please write before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund by email takes a day; a chargeback takes weeks and reaches the same place. There is a person at the other end of hello@aver.video who will simply say yes.
