This page says what happens to your data when you use Aver. It is short because very little happens.

Who is responsible

[registered name — set site.legal.name] operates Aver from [postal address — set site.legal.address]. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@aver.video.

What is collected

Nothing. There is no form on this site, no account, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Browsing it leaves no record with us.

Cloudflare, which serves the site, keeps its own short-lived security logs of requests. That is infrastructure logging, outside our control and not used to identify you.

If you write to us

Mail sent to hello@aver.video is read and kept only as long as it takes to answer you. It is not added to any list.

Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@aver.video and it will be done.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the FDPIC in Switzerland, or the data protection authority of your country in the EU.

Payments

Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach this site or its servers. What reaches us is the fact of a purchase and the address to send the licence to. Stripe keeps the payment data as its own controller, under its privacy policy.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
