Every other denoiser asks you to describe the noise. You draw a box over a quiet patch, you hope you picked well, and you start again on the next shot.
Aver asks nothing. It looks at your frames and works it out — which is a harder thing to build, and the whole reason this exists. Seven controls reach you. The rest live inside the engine, already decided, because finding the right value is our job and not yours.

[01] It measures
No rectangle to draw, no profile to build. Aver reads the noise off your own frames — separately at every level of exposure, because shadows and highlights are never noisy in the same way.

[02] It follows motion
Frames either side are lined up and compared. What sits still is cleaned from many frames at once; what moves is left to itself rather than dragged across the shot.

[03] It stops short
Taking every last grain out is what makes an image look like plastic. The default dose is set to stop before that, because the point is a clean frame, not a dead one.

Which is why a per-frame filter cannot reach it
It lives in the effect panel, like everything else you use. Keyframes, undo, presets, copy and paste from one clip to the next, saved with the project. Nothing new to learn and nothing to leave Premiere for.
